At around 2000 hours on Tuesday evening Preston 911 alerts the "THREE HOUSE" of an accident involving a golf cart with multiple patients. While poor cell phone reception hampered the dispatch center from obtaining all the vital information, they were able to retrieve enough information from the caller to get help coming to them. Upon arrival Engine 318 established Comfort Station Command and advised dispatch of a single golf cart lying on its side on the edge of the roadway with a total of six patients. One patient was flown to the Trauma Center, while the remaining five were treated at the scene and did not wish to be transported by Ambulance.
